The story:
We have one product in our portfolio. That is MiCLAS.X. We have been developing it since the 80s. In the beginning under the name “Dinos”. Then under the Windows interface with the name “CiS”. Here, too, we continued with the switch to new programming languages such as C#. Under this point MiCLAS was created. The current status is MiCLAS.X, which has been developed and continues to be developed under the latest programming aspects. New features are added almost daily, whether due to fiscal requirements, optimizations or customer-specific requirements.
What can we do?
Everything! Of course not. Our focus is on mechanical engineering, i.e. production. The production part of our software is comprehensive and simple at the same time. For example, it is possible to get started with a single simple work plan, but also with individual work steps with unit times on a per-second basis, through to the recording of production times and WIP evaluations.
The electronics with their special features can also be mapped. Material reservations to initiate rebookings of reel goods (e.g. capacitors or LEDs on reels) and reverse bookings, as well as the management of rejects due to machine settings is part of the possibilities.
Our customers also come from the automotive industry, so batches, serial numbers and QA processes are also important components
Supply chain management (SCM) with order proposals from requirement triggers from minimum quantities, production orders or normal sales orders is of course available.
