{"id":697,"date":"2024-05-07T03:36:57","date_gmt":"2024-05-07T03:36:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/development.erp4all.co.th\/miclas-x\/"},"modified":"2024-09-09T06:39:15","modified_gmt":"2024-09-09T06:39:15","slug":"miclas-x","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/development.erp4all.co.th\/en\/miclas-x\/","title":{"rendered":"MiCLAS.X"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The story:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We have one product in our portfolio.\nThat is MiCLAS.X.\nWe have been developing it since the 80s.\nIn the beginning under the name &#8220;Dinos&#8221;.\nThen under the Windows interface with the name &#8220;CiS&#8221;.\nHere, too, we continued with the switch to new programming languages such as C#.\nUnder this point MiCLAS was created.\nThe current status is MiCLAS.X, which has been developed and continues to be developed under the latest programming aspects.\nNew features are added almost daily, whether due to fiscal requirements, optimizations or customer-specific requirements.          <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What can we do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Everything!\nOf course not.\nOur focus is on mechanical engineering, i.e. production.\nThe production part of our software is comprehensive and simple at the same time.\nFor example, it is possible to get started with a single simple work plan, but also with individual work steps with unit times on a per-second basis, through to the recording of production times and WIP evaluations.      <\/p>\n\n<p>The electronics with their special features can also be mapped.\nMaterial reservations to initiate rebookings of reel goods (e.g. capacitors or LEDs on reels) and reverse bookings, as well as the management of rejects due to machine settings is part of the possibilities.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Our customers also come from the automotive industry, so batches, serial numbers and QA processes are also important components<\/p>\n\n<p>Supply chain management (SCM) with order proposals from requirement triggers from minimum quantities, production orders or normal sales orders is of course available.  <\/p>\n\n<p>A complete list of all functions is almost impossible.\nEspecially with the customization options provided by the DEC triggers. <\/p>\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s find out together what is needed for your company.\nNo sales talk, but directly with project manager knowledge. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The story: We have one product in our portfolio.
